Return Information

• Outlaw Jewelry offers a full 15-day exchange on all products (except custom orders which are final). Shipping charges will not be credited.
• All returned products must obtain prior authorization from Outlaw Jewelry. You must contact our returns department within 15 days of original shipment to be eligible for the 15-day exchange policy. We must receive your product within 30 days of original shipment.
• Refusing a shipment is not a valid return method, and may result in delays processing your store credit. If a shipment is refused, the receiver will be liable for any lost packages.
• Damaged (physically or cosmetically) or abused items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any return, which at our discretion has excessive damage.
• Our exchange policy does not cover damaged items. Items that are damaged, and need warranty repair will be handled in accordance with our warranty procedures above.

Shipping Information

• Please inquire about shipping charges and customs statements for International orders. Most International orders are subject to an import tax collected on delivery.
• All products shipped are insured, so you are guaranteed delivery.
• All products shipped to the lower 48 United States are shipped via UPS Ground. However, arrangements can be made for alternate methods. Please inquire.
• UPS does not deliver to P.O., A.P.O, or F.P.O Boxes. We do ship to A.P.O. and F.P.O. boxes via the United States Postal Service. These rates will be determined after your order is placed, or you may inquire beforehand.
• UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
• Product availability is an estimate based on our inventory. The majority of products we sell are shipped before the expected date. There are rare instances where unforeseen circumstances delay shipment beyond the specified time.
• Products with different availability may be shipped at separate times in multiple shipments at our discretion (at no additional cost).
